The kickoff meeting has been done online due to COVID-19 and it has been run for 2 days. It has been run 29-30 June 2021 through activities online and in an interactive way by using Zoom and other platforms such as Padlet, Mentimeter and Wordwall.
During the kickoff meeting all the partners had the opportunity to share their plan according to what task they are leaders and responsible for within the project. The first part has been dedicated to deepenthe knowledge among the different project managers who have been participating and with short presentation on who they are and what they do.
Then we have faced all the different tasks and topics of the project.
TDM 2000 International have introduced financial and project management rules to be followed by the consortium. Moreover they have introduced visual identity of the project and website. Then, every partner prepared a presentation of what have been their task. Shokkin Group from Estonia introduced their plan for Intellectual Output 1 and how they will contribute in the Intellectual Output 2. Global Citizenship Academy from Lithuania introduced the plans and all the docs to be used for the dissemination of our results and the visibility of the project.
Media Creativa 2020 from Spain shared their plan for social media and other different activities they will be responsible for. Geoclube introduced their plan on monitoring and evaluation of the overall project. Ingenious Knowledge introduced the plan for Intellectual Output 2 and the creation of the mobile App.
These 2 days kick off has been useful to go on and plan the first activity which has been the Research on the state of art of educational escape rooms in Europe and in the countries involved in the partnership. We settled all the deadlines to follow.
